Shipping Policy

At JASHNORA, we deliver celebration essentials across Pakistan. We work with trusted courier services to get your orders to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are Rs. 299 across Pakistan.

  • Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the Rs. 299 delivery charge is collected in advance through WhatsApp. The remaining order amount is paid through COD at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Sindh: 2–4 working days

  • Main Cities of Pakistan: 3–6 working days

  • Rest of Pakistan: 4–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched on the same day once the required advance delivery payment is received.

In some cases, orders may be dispatched on the next working day.

Courier Services

We primarily ship orders through:

  • Leopards Courier

  • PostEx

  • TCS may be used when available or required.

The courier service may vary depending on the destination and availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  1. Place your order with JASHNORA.

  2. Our team will contact you through WhatsApp.

  3. The Rs. 299 delivery charges are collected in advance.

  4. The remaining amount is paid in cash at the time of delivery.

For orders above Rs. 5,000, standard delivery is free, so no delivery advance is required unless otherwise communicated.

Open Parcel Facility

JASHNORA allows customers to open and check their parcel before accepting it, wherever the courier service permits.

Please note that the availability of the open-parcel facility may depend on the courier rider and delivery conditions at the time of delivery.

Same-Day & Urgent Delivery

Same-day delivery is available only within Hyderabad, subject to product availability and order timing.

If you require an urgent or same-day delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order so our team can confirm availability.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible through WhatsApp so we can assist you.
